Do you listen to Kpop? If you don’t, you need to try listening to Kpop now! Kpop, short for Korean pop, is a music genre originating from South Korea. I know Kpop is in another language and you might not understand Korean but it’s worth listening to. I got into Kpop during the pandemic and since then I have loved Kpop ever since. Kpop melody is good, it has cold choreography, and has different music styles.You just have to check it out!
First let me tell you about my experience with listening to Kpop.I first got into Kpop during the pandemic. But I got into it because my friends introduced me to it first. I started to watch and listen to BTS and Blackpink. I loved it and after that I started to listen to other groups like TXT and others.You might hear after getting into Kpop the word “bias.” Bias means your favorite group member from a particular group. I also have one for certain groups. You’ll probably develop one as you start getting into certain boy or girl groups. You’ll even want to get merch like photocards of your favorite group members, sweaters, shirts, and posters to put in your room. This is all part of being a Kpop fan. Think of it like loving soccer and buying your favorite jersey from your favorite player. Being a Kpop fan is the same thing.
I love Kpop because Kpop melodies are good, have good choreography and have different music styles. Kpop has different music styles such as Hip hop, Pop, R & B, Electronic Dance Music (EDM), etc. So if you like these styles of music, you would like it. Almost all Kpop groups have amazing choreography and not all music artists have choreography which makes Kpop very special. The melody is actually good depending on what style of Kpop you like. I like more of an energetic, upbeat Kpop style. Such as Supernatural by New Jeans.
Now let me introduce you to one of my favorite Kpop groups and songs. One of my personal favorite groups are Enhypen, TXT, New jeans, LE SSERAFIM, ATTEZ, and Stray Kids. These are my favorite group and they’re really popular among Kpop fans.Most of the songs are in Korean but don’t let that discourage you, just because it’s in another language.The songs sometimes have english lyrics in them even if its a little bit.The songs i absolutely love is No Doubt from Enhypen, Deja vu from TXT, Igloo by Kiss of Life.
To sum things up, Kpop is amazing music because it’s unique for having cool choreography, and different styles of music. My experience as a Kpop fan has been great and I guarantee it will be for you as well.
